Prescott Ranch Home...
This residence is located in 'Prescott Ranch'.  The owner wished to create a home with a 'rustic' feel and detailing but with a 'modern' flair.  We approached this project with a different concept.  What if an owner / builder wished to create a 'modern' home several hundred years ago, but was limited to the materials and methods on hand at the time.  This home takes advantage of a natural drop-off in terrain and features incredible views of Granite Mountain and the Tonto Natural Forest.
