TUSCAN
Throughout Northern Italy lies Etruria, the country of the Etruscans, from which ‘Tuscany’ takes its name. The ‘Tuscan’ character is best known for its use of rustic stone, heavy timbers, red clay roof tile, and a ‘village’ composition of forms and courtyards that often overlap and promote each other as a balanced massing of structure and open space.
Custom Residence In Dove Mountain:
For this project, the owner’s wish was to create an authentic, hilltop village from the Sienna region of Italy. Different stone and layup methods were intentionally used on several different elements of the home to make it look like it had been built, or “added onto” at different times.

Custom Residence In Whisper Rock:
This Mediterranean themed project is specifically detailed to project a very authentic old world character, but it also features a very contemporary, New York style night club under the main living area. It also features a custom pool and water feature with a swim through island, diving rock and a swim up bar at the guest house.

Custom Residence In Estancia:
This project was one of the first to be designed and built with a Tuscan character and features very authentic stonework, stucco, heavy timber detailing, and Italian roof tile. The rear yard features a multi-level pool starting at the master suite and ending in front of the guest house. The entry foyer is oriented to look down one of the signature holes of the golf course.
This project has been featured in multiple magazines and was the recipient of the prestigious Gold Nugget Grand Award.
Custom Residence In Desert Mountain:
This Mediterranean themed home features outstanding distant views over the adjacent golf course and custom natural pool and spa. It surrounds a landscaped drive court at the entry with a walkway and rec room above the garage and connecting the main house with the guest bedroom suites at the other end.

Custom Residence In Desert Mountain:
This Tuscan themed home is located on a spectacular, elevated lot overlooking the 18th green and clubhouse. It features several covered patios outside the great room, rec room, study, bar, and master suite – all oriented to take advantage of the views. A continuous stair tower connects the main level with the upper level guest rooms and lower level theater.
